Mansfield Citizens Advice is looking to appoint a full time Benefits & Income Maximisation Adviser working as part of our Cost of Living Crisis team.

You will be an integral part of a project which focuses on providing advice and support to vulnerable clients who are on low income, financially excluded and/or in fuel debt, taking a holistic approach in exploring energy, debt and benefits issues.

You will give people the tools and advice they need to help them manage their money, increase their income and understand their energy usage.


You will be part of a small, friendly team committed to working together and with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes we can for our clients, delivering multi channelled advice across the full range of the welfare benefits problems experienced by our clients.

You will also be part of the Citizens Advice network, fully supported and encouraged to make a difference.

You will be based at the Advicehub, 16 Regent street, Mansfield, NG18 1SS with some home working.
