You will be required to check documentation pertaining to Import and Export, Cargo and Mail shipments to identify errors for amendment, prior to invoicing the Customer Airline or Freight Agent.

Full compliance with Company Security and H&S policies is mandatory

What you will be doing

Ensure the accurate Checking of Import and Export Flight File documentation, to ensure details reflect the information supplied on the Manifests and AWB copies.
Generate an Import Pre-Invoice report from Hermes, to identify shipments that have been delivered and that the charges being applied in Hermes are correct.
Liaise with Operations to identify errors, omissions, or clarification for certain charges to be invoiced.
Once the above checks have been completed, generate an Invoice Run in Hermes, and ensure charges reflect those shown or amended from the Pre-Invoice Report.
Supply Invoice Run Report summary to Revenue Accounts Manager, for upload into our Accounting System.

What we are looking for

Must have AVSEC Security Level CO (old Level D) certification or higher.
Must have extensive cargo experience.
Must have excellent practical knowledge of Hermes.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively imperative.
Ability to work effectively & efficiently to tight & flexible deadlines essential.
