This Account Executive role in a creative PR industry based in London is a fantastic opportunity to develop, working alongside experience Account Managers.

This is an opportunity to train, develop and hone your skills and is ideal for someone who is awareof what's going on in all things media - both traditional and social.

Description
Some of the key responsibilities for this Account Executive are:

  • A key part of your role will be speaking to media, selling in stories we're working on, placing products on their pages/website for reviews
  • and above all, having a real hunger for getting coverage
  • Reading papers and websites every day, flagging relevant stories and writing short synopsis on articles
  • Drafting assets including press releases, influencer briefs, website copy and more, and to ensure its as client ready as possible for senior team to review
  • Keeping up to date on what's happening across your client accounts, their products, industry, trends and relevant media/influencers really getting to understand their business
  • Being able to manage and motivate yourself to produce high quality work and meet deadlines, and be proactive in suggesting ways to continually improve ways of working

Profile

  • Ideally at least six months experience working in a PR environment
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing to suit different audiences
  • Great attention to detail, must be able to spot spelling mistakes or grammatical errors
  • Tenacious approach to media sellins. You can't be afraid of picking up the phone And a good understanding of the media landscape from TV news and magazine programmes to national newspapers to consumer lifestyle magazines to blogs
  • Good understanding of the influencer landscape and influencer marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills at every level, and a high regard for confidentiality when needed
  • Great organisational skills, being able to juggle lots of different actions daytoday across varying accounts
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Goolge Ads we use MacBook laptops
