A unique opportunity has arisen for a top tier main contractor now looking for an experienced Project Manager.


My client currently turn over £900million and require this Project Manager to be a number 1 on schemes up to £40million, or as a number 2 to the Project Director on projects above £60million.


Brief responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction and motivation
  • Running and attending design team meetings, making sure the scope of packages are in line with the project life cycle
  • Working alongside the Commercial Lead
  • Overseeing the overall performance and management of the project from planning design and construction
  • Drive commercial strategy in conjunction with the commercial management team
  • Develop and continue successful relationships with suppliers and sub contractors
  • With the preconstructon director prepare and lead proposals and presentations to win projects
