Food Production Supervisor

PERMANENT, Full Time, Mon-Fri


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a small team of people
  • Ensuring that all paperwork, processes and procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
  • Achieving all targets/KPI's set by the Operations Manager
  • Ensure stock is rotated and used correctly in accordance with the use by dates unless otherwise instructed.
  • Ensuring all costs are controlled in line with the business expectations
  • Ensures that machines are in good state in order to avoid hazards
  • Liaise and communicate with operational management
  • Responsible for supporting all areas to ensure targets/KPI's are achieved whilst driving performance through the implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and follow safe working practices.
  • Adhering to the Company's Hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to the Company's quality policies and expectations

Qualifications

  • Experienced in leading others a food production environment managing a team of people

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.33-£12.36 per hour
