Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Cheshire based Town Planning Consultancy in their hire of a Senior Town Planner

My client is a leading rural planning specialist with an unmatched reputation. They facilitate a tailored and solution focused approach for each client, providing a range of projects across residential, commercial, agriculture, equestrian, recreation andtourism


The Role
You will be a leading decision-making member of the planning team.

This role will have a client facing element, and you will act as a client counsellor to guide them through the planning process, from proposal to completion.


As a senior member of the team, you will lead by example, setting the requirements for others, managing, and coaching the team to meet and exceed standards.

This role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to have difficult conversationsleading them to a positive outcome.


You will display an array of rapport building and coaching sills, as well critical thinking and creative problem solving and solutions.

With your exceptional diligence, time management and prioritisation skills, not just for yourself but your team, you willalways get the job done and to an exceptional standard.
