OVERVIEW:

  • Joining an established banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance and invoice discounting work.
  • You will work with a range of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors including borrowers, lenders and investors.
  • This expert team, comprised of highly experienced individuals, offer indepth knowledge and guidance across a breadth of areas in banking and is committed to providing a sound legal service.
  • Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a proven record of relevant experience and capability.
  • Relevant experience to include real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate work is ideal for this role.
  • You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.
  • You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
