One of the key role is to act as Project Manager for the Council in terms of planning, preparing, delivering and reporting on the Energy Efficient Scotland (EES)

Programme; including ongoing Home Energy Efficiency Programmes:
Area Based Schemes and other related programme funding.

This role offers a yearly salary of £40, £43,734.43 P/A and offers a flexible work pattern, with a mix of remote and office based work.

This post is for 35 hours a week, which once again can be done flexibly between the hours of , Monday - Friday.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

Wide Practical knowledge of relevant Legislation & standards applicable to home energy efficiency and energy management.
A strong understanding of policy issues that impact on the operation of the housing sector in Scotland, in particularly energy efficiency and fuel poverty.
Should have at least 3 years post qualification experience in Building Services, Energy Efficiency or Project Management.
Knowledge, understanding and experience of sustainability "Best Practice" techniques and low carbon technologies
Experience of financial management and budget monitoring
