One of the key role is to act as Project Manager for the Council in terms of planning, preparing, delivering and reporting on the Energy Efficient Scotland (EES)Programme; including ongoing Home Energy Efficiency Programmes:
Area Based Schemes and other related programme funding.
This role offers a yearly salary of £40, £43,734.43 P/A and offers a flexible work pattern, with a mix of remote and office based work.
This post is for 35 hours a week, which once again can be done flexibly between the hours of , Monday - Friday.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:- Wide Practical knowledge of relevant Legislation & standards applicable to home energy efficiency and energy management.
- A strong understanding of policy issues that impact on the operation of the housing sector in Scotland, in particularly energy efficiency and fuel poverty.
- Should have at least 3 years post qualification experience in Building Services, Energy Efficiency or Project Management.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of sustainability "Best Practice" techniques and low carbon technologies
- Experience of financial management and budget monitoring
