Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold extensive experience working as a lead engineer within the water treatment industry.
" Must have a strong technical knowledge and will ideally hold experience working on steam boilers, cooling towers and closed systems.
" A proven track record of managing a team of engineers.
" Will hold up to date knowledge of water treatment / legionella guidelines / legislation.
" Will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Must be happy to travel within the role.

The Role:
" Carrying out a range of water treatment / hygiene duties to a mixture of water systems including; cooling towers, closed systems and closed systems.
" Planning of work schedules.
" Overseeing a team of engineers; scheduling work and equipment.
" Attending sites to establish works required.
" Training of site staff where required.
" Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
" Generating prices, quotations and plans for clients.
