A.J.S Services (Yorkshire) Ltd together with (Go Team / Service Master) is a commercial cleaning company specialising in Construction Industry cleaning operating in the Yorkshire Area, along with fire & flood restoration.

We are looking for Team Leader Industrial and Construction Cleaners who hold a CSCS labourer card. Full-time

Your duties will include:

Provide general cleaning services such as builders clean, sparkle cleans and detail cleaning internal, external windows and pressure washing.
Work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team to deliver an agreed scope of works
Always adhere to company Health & Safety standards and procedures
Assist on fire and flood restoration
May be required to use heavy equipment

Will be required to be included on "weekend on call rota" after suitable training.

You may also be required to work nights and on weekends during emergency works.

To be capable of managing a small team of cleaners / operatives
A team player
Hold a valid CSCS card (requirement)
Driving licence is essential due to the works covering the Yorkshire area
At least 2 years' experience in a similar field

Job type:
Full-time position.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour to start, reviewed after 6 months

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

However maybe a requirement for weekend work and also to be part of the on-call rota.

Uniform, company van is provided.
