Description
Duties include:
- Opening the centre at 07:00 in the morning and ensuring alarms are unset accordingly
- Liaising with conference delegates and organisers regarding queries and facilitation of conferences to ensure smooth running.
- Booking in conferences and liaising with organisers over purchase orders
- Directing visitors where appropriate
- Ensuring the smooth running and security of building by controlling access and also carpark
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary and liaising with tenants and any queries.
- Standard telephone duties
- Facilitating any repairs and resolution of queries with the maintenance team and management
- Liaising with conference delegates and organisers regarding queries and facilitation of conferences to ensure smooth running.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

- OLDHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
