To continue with our growth plans for 2024 and beyond we are searching for a Health & Safety, Quality or Sustainability and Environmental Graduate to join our Professional Development Programme for our autumn 2024 intake, based in the East Midlands, for our Severn Trent Water Region.

This exciting new role will be working within the SHEQ team within the relevant discipline to determine your future growth pathway by;

Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance
Integrating within the wider project teams to understand day to day challenges
Working with our clients to deliver collaborative approaches to SHEQ
Exposure to the project management lifecycle of project delivery
Highlighting opportunity for sustainable solutions
Trending and analysis of key performance data
Maintenance of our externally certified management systems
