About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Administrators to join our AML Team at the West Middlesex MRI Centre.
Located in West Middlesex University hospital, providing high-quality MRI and DEXA scans for: NHS, Private Medical Insurance and Private Self-Pay patients.
A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services.
To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills.
A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.Please note this is a part time role of 20 hours per week.
Required Skills and Experience:
As a successful applicant you must be able to demonstrate:
- experience using Microsoft office
- good customer service skills
- excellent communication skills, as you will be both patient facing and using the telephone.
- IT literacy
- the ability to work well under pressure
- the ability to multi task
