Summary


Our client is seeking a highly organised and efficient coordinator to be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital delivery process, ensuring clients receive updates and communication in a timely and effective manner.


As a Client Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships.


will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients on their digital marketing initiatives.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire digital production process, from onboarding to end of campaign report
  • Creation and management of Monday Boards including dates and timelines
  • Collaborate with editorial, design, activation, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and deadlines are met
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 4050 client accounts, delivering timely updates and reports on campaign performance progress and addressing any concerns
  • Ensure client reporting is all working
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster rebooks
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for specialised project needs
  • Maintain highquality standards, ensuring they meet design and technical specifications
  • Proof all ads before going live
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, target audience, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions

Skills and Experiences Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client liaison or account management roles
  • A confident and professional demeanour
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and Social Media
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
  • Confident and determined attitude with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving
  • The ability to create a digital campaign on Meta, Google and Tik Tok are desirable
