The business is currently undergoing a commercial transformation that will position the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.
This position reports into the Head of Commercial Transformation, will operate in a commercially sound manner, demonstrating support and benefits realisation to services as they develop and implement service plans, programmes, and corporate strategies acrossthe group.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing management, leadership, influence and coordination in different programmes and projects across the Group
- Working closely with different stakeholders across the business to ensure financial and commercial considerations are reflected in each project
- Managing the team's resources to ensure the optimum spread across the Group's priorities, tracking the different project's performances
- Delivering project specific plans that will allow accurate tracking of the overarching commercial and procurement programmes, and identifying corrective action where necessary
- Ensuring the delivery of the workstreams and initiatives that comprise the different commercial and service initiatives
- Developing and maintaining reporting arrangements that will allow clear measurement of the benefits, performance and delivery of projects and programmes across the Commercial Transformation
- Strong analytical individual with commercial acumen
- Experience of working in project accounting or business analysis are advantageous.
- Selfmotivated good problemsolving combined with critical thinking skill, with the ability to provide meaningful insights from collected data
- Robust Microsoft tool proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, and other tools such as Power BI and SharePoint
