The business is currently undergoing a commercial transformation that will position the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.

This position reports into the Head of Commercial Transformation, will operate in a commercially sound manner, demonstrating support and benefits realisation to services as they develop and implement service plans, programmes, and corporate strategies acrossthe group.

Key responsibilities:

Providing management, leadership, influence and coordination in different programmes and projects across the Group
Working closely with different stakeholders across the business to ensure financial and commercial considerations are reflected in each project
Managing the team's resources to ensure the optimum spread across the Group's priorities, tracking the different project's performances
Delivering project specific plans that will allow accurate tracking of the overarching commercial and procurement programmes, and identifying corrective action where necessary
Ensuring the delivery of the workstreams and initiatives that comprise the different commercial and service initiatives
Developing and maintaining reporting arrangements that will allow clear measurement of the benefits, performance and delivery of projects and programmes across the Commercial Transformation
Strong analytical individual with commercial acumen
Experience of working in project accounting or business analysis are advantageous.
Selfmotivated good problemsolving combined with critical thinking skill, with the ability to provide meaningful insights from collected data
Robust Microsoft tool proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, and other tools such as Power BI and SharePoint
