About Our Client:
Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, global organisation based in Solihull with the appointment of a generalist HR Advisor to join a busy HR network.
This role offers a mix of office and home working - 2 days office and 3 days home per week.
This is an exciting and varied HR Advisor role, working closely with a HR Business Partner to add value to a successful organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide a first class HR consultancy service to line managers by ensuring compliance with policy, procedures and legal requirements, managing employee relation issues.
- Support hiring managers through strong relationships with recruitment partners
- Work with new employees to ensure they are fully inducted into the business
- Provide guidance on areas such as performance reviews, absence management, maternity leave, liaising with other departments/specialists where appropriate.
- Support business and HR projects, leading where appropriate.
- Support the performance management and objective setting process for the business
- Assist the HR Business Partners with TUPE transfers and the implementation of new business.
- Coaching managers to develop a best practice approach to people management.
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Contribute to the review, design and implementation of HR processes, procedures and policies
