JOB DESCRIPTION
I am a young lady who had recently moved to Hawick with my mum. I am looking for

a small team of 2 or 3 people to support me with daily personal care tasks, meal

prep and physio, gym and swim based exercises. I am also looking for support and

assistance to attend groups and participate in groups and activities in the local area.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities

To help me with all aspects of my personal care throughout the day;**
Help to prepare my meals and snacks;**
To assist getting to and support inclusion in local classes and activities;**
Spend social time with me exploring new activities.**
Personal Attributes
You will be very caring and patient with me;
You will be flexible around my needs;
You will be easy going and open minded with a good sense of humour.
You will be honest, trustworthy and reliable;
You will be respectful of my privacy and confidentiality;
Experience in care sector is preferred although not essential.

Hours of Work
Support over 5 days, mainly daytime with up to 2 early evenings. There may be a

degree of flexibility for the right person.

Specific hours to be discussed.

The Terms
- £11.50 per hour;
