Head of HR Role
Based in west Cambridgeshire
Salary negotiable plus bonus & car allowance / company car
Regular travel to other sites
Flexible working - 1 day a week working from home
We are recruiting a Head of HR for a global business based in west Cambridgeshire.

This is a great opportunity to lead an established HR team whilst partnering with the SLT and site management teams.

You will be responsible for 3 sites across the UK, leading the HR service to these business areas.

Being a HR Leader, you will set the strategic direction for your sites working closely with your corporate head office and your global teams.

Experience of working in a global, complex, matrix organisation would be an advantage to help understand the operating model and stakeholder management.

Being an experienced HR Leader, you will enjoy mentoring and coaching your own HR team as well as beinga sounding board to your leadership team.

Experience of working in an engineering or manufaacturing environment would be an advantage.
