Your focus will be
- Inputting of orders to manufacturers and suppliers on to the internal Evision system
- Checking of returned order acknowledgements against POs
- Liaising with project managers to ensure delivery dates are aligned with installation programs
- Inputting of information into the project budgets
- Creating order management schedules for delivery of products for each project
- Posting supplier orders against invoices
- Other elements of the role include the creation of quotations, raising of invoices to clients and collating O&M information on projects
You will bring to the table:
- Experience working for an office furniture dealer or similar ideally, otherwise having had experience working for multiple manufacturers
- Excellent administration skills
- Be efficient and organized with ability to multi task and prioritise
- Optimistic and enthusiastic and enjoys working within a team
- Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines and sometimes at short notice and can develop and foster relationships
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Be approachable, proactive and a quick learner, show enthusiasm and dependability
- Have good knowledge of all Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Power point)

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
