Your focus will be

Inputting of orders to manufacturers and suppliers on to the internal Evision system
Checking of returned order acknowledgements against POs
Liaising with project managers to ensure delivery dates are aligned with installation programs
Inputting of information into the project budgets
Creating order management schedules for delivery of products for each project
Posting supplier orders against invoices
Other elements of the role include the creation of quotations, raising of invoices to clients and collating O&M information on projects

You will bring to the table:

Experience working for an office furniture dealer or similar ideally, otherwise having had experience working for multiple manufacturers
Excellent administration skills
Be efficient and organized with ability to multi task and prioritise
Optimistic and enthusiastic and enjoys working within a team
Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines and sometimes at short notice and can develop and foster relationships
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with accuracy and attention to detail
Be approachable, proactive and a quick learner, show enthusiasm and dependability
Have good knowledge of all Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Power point)

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
