This is an opportunity to join an industry leading designer and manufacturer of Radio Frequency (RF) antenna products with a worldwide reputation in its field.

You will be part of a small team supporting the HR Advisor with various administrative tasks.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our growing team.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will assist the HR & training function and provide a professional HR service across the business.


Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • General HR administration and recruitment, assisting the HR Advisor in preparing new starter packs and induction documents, on-boarding pre
- employment checks, exit interviews etc.

  • Actively monitor and coordinate probation reviews, ensuring that they are completed to the correct timescales
  • Updating all the information on the HR and other relevant Trello boards.
  • Support and assist in interview process
  • Drafting feedback for unsuccessful applicants
  • Assist with Set up clocking cards and temporary workers time management
  • Complete any administration tasks as required, including but not exclusively, electronic filing etc. Ad hoc administrative duties, special projects and related duties as assigned.
  • Scheduling trainings, monitor training course attendance and collate data / certificates; point of contact for trainers and delegates
  • Help organise company events, benefits and employees' business trip
  • Some travel may be required across our subsidiaries globally.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Knowledge of HR functions and processes/ Previous experience in HR and relevant training experience.
  • Formal HR qualification (minimum CIPD level 3)
  • Up to date UK employment law knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise, multi task and organise workload.
  • Approachable with team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and sound knowledge in MS Office.
  • Proactive and self‐motivated with a passion for HR and people.

Hours of work:


  • 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm.
  • 30 minutes lunch break unpaid and two paid tea breaks of 15 minutes each
