Description

  • Drafting content that is engaging, fully accessible and clear.
  • Oversee regular monitoring, evaluation and analysis od digital communication plans.
  • Act as a content designer for a variety of digital content
  • Use content management systems to create, review and update online content based on evidence from user research, user testing, feedback, and analytic.
  • Draft and deliver creative digital communications plans that use a range of engaging content and ideas to help communicate our work (including drafting posts, taking photos and videos and other content).
  • To determine the best format for displaying information to the user and produce content autonomously.

Profile

  • Experience of content design, including drafting written content from scratch, iterating based on feedback and user's needs, and is accessible to all.
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure that they use the best digital channels to reach target audiences.
  • Experience researching and developing innovative ideas, methods and processes for digital products and teams.
  • Has training.
  • Is immediately available.
