Are you seeking a role as a Sales Coordinator professional in an innovative and progressive environment based in Alton?Join a leading distribution company as an Sales Coordinator and benefit from 28-35k salary, private medical cover, company bonuses, and a 2:30pm finish on a Friday
The ideal person will be maintaining and managing customers from enquiries received, right through to quotations and account management.
As the Sales Coordinator you will enjoy:
- 28-35k dependent on experience
- 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- 37.5 hour week Mon-Thur) 14:30 finish on Fridays
- Bonuses based on company performance

As the Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and preparing any supporting documentation
- Managing existing accounts
- Following up all high value and strategic quotations obtain feedback and update quote tracker file
- Reviewing incoming customers POs
- Reviewing and processing customer PO amendment requests
- Proactively communicate with customers to solidify relationships and extract new opportunities
- Acknowledging customer POs when delivery dates are confirmed by suppliers
To succeed as the Sales Coordinator you will have:
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Customerfacing/sales experience gained in any industry would be an advantage
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism to clients, colleagues, and customers
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage your own time efficiently
- An analytical mind and ability to use own initiative and commercially aware
