Are you looking to work with the most exciting accountancy practice within the South West? Pro-Tax Recruitment are working in partnership with a Top Accountancy Firm, who are seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to manage a mixed advisory and compliance portfolio.


As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will:

  • Manage a portfolio that will consist predominantly of corporate tax clients across many different sectors including manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical and property
  • Build relationships with clients, and be able to explain complex tax advice in layman's terms
  • Work closely with the rest of the tax team to meet client objectives
  • Offering tax planning advice covering EMI/Share planning, regroup & restructures, M&A/ transactions and wider international tax advisory.
  • Drafting valuations, forecasts, reports and technical memos for clients
  • Reading and interpreting tax legislation and HMRC guidance
  • Corresponding with HMRC on valuations, clearances and enquiries
  • Draft detailed reporting and forecasts for clients
