We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global giftware company to help them secure a full time and permanent Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Melksham.


They are best known for their love of retro classics and iconic licenses and are proud to represent many of the world's best entertainment brands.

Already well established and recognised, their aim is to become a leading worldwide supplier of licensed giftware whilst maintaining their standards in design, product quality and service.


This is a Customer service role with an opportunity to cross skill and build knowledge to deliver first class customer service, with the opportunity to train within our UK Key customer department helping to manage our larger customers.


Main duties:


  • Maintain the UK and EU order book.
  • Supporting the Sales team for UK/EU
  • Highlight overdue accounts and taking payments.
  • Processing the customer credits that come through.
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Escalating any complaints received
  • Ensuring customers have web access and know how to use the website.
  • Contacting all proforma accounts in a timely manner to ensure they pay for their order before despatched.
  • Ensuring all new orders are out the door within 72 hours (wherever possible) liaising with the Warehouse Manager on any upcoming large orders.
  • Updating SAGE with all relevant information
  • In busy periods you may be required to help within other aspects of the business.
  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 an advantage
  • Good listening skills and a desire to problem solve.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in Microsoft systems
  • Word and Excel
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
