RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be involved, implement and execute a successful operating practice across the care side of business
  • Responsible for sourcing new care packages and maintaining current packages
  • Maintain clear up to date records for all existing and new clients
  • Responsible to handle and resolve customer enquiries sufficiently
  • Ensure all operations are Company and CQC compliant
  • On call duties including dealing with shift covering
  • Be able to complete staff rotas
  • Quality assurance duties
  • Medication records co ordination
  • Delivery and supervision of care services

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
