Credit Controller

Wolverhampton - Office Based

£23,000- £27,000 DOE
**Monday

Friday 9am
5pm****Permanent

Duties:

Managing and developing relationships with both internal and external clients
Chasing all overdue clients in a timely manner and in accordance with the credit control chase cycle
Sending out reminder letters and statements on a regular basis
Managing own time to ensure that all tasks are completed in line with the credit control chase cycle
Achieving cash, aged debt targets and call targets
Escalating nonpayment issues or unresolved queries
Managing collections from affiliates by completing reconciliations and liaising with the relevant internal departments to ensure that any necessary credits are raised
Issuing Final Demand notices and preparing files for referral
Raising and issuing of Weekly/Monthly/Bespoke Invoices
Have experience working as a Credit Controller in the past
Have the skills needed to perform all of the above duties
Be an effective communicator
Show an ambition to learn and develop
