Knowledge/ Desirable
Experience and *Previous experience of working in a social care setting
Skills or similar e.g. health or education settings.

- Must have basic administrative skills and be able to:

Job Description and Person Specification
What does a Project Worker do?
Midland Mencap is looking to appoint a Project Worker who will work alongside colleagues to turn the
Walsall Carers Hub vision and mission into a reality.
Identifying and supporting families, or people who provide unpaid care, to people with disabilities and illnesses, they will need to work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support a wide range of engaging wellbeing activities and the provision of information, advice and guidance.
Our Project Worker will work within a rota system, to ensure we are able to meet the demands of a busy service.
As a Project Worker, they will provide frontline support to unpaid carers and work with volunteers to maximise our reach.
