Description:
Wild Recruitment are supporting with an exciting opportunity to join the data services team working as a Customer Relationship Lead.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Have a deep understanding of the companies processes and the services they offer
- Assist with enquiries
- Take ownership for enquiries
- Oversee the setup and on boarding of all new customers
- Help with new ideas
- Raise issues
- Update internal teams on new products/services
What we are looking for:
- Experience handling challenging conversations
- Previously had to investigate, complete analysis, evaluate and problemsolve
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines
- Experience within a customer service phone based role
- Has great relationship building skills
