We are currently working with a 'outstanding' rated primary school in Islington who are looking for a graduate with previous school to join them ASAP in their Early Years setting.

Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - the role
- Create and deliver practical educational activities.
- Support a busy and happy Reception and Nursery classroom, helping children ages 45 to adapt, develop and thrive in their first year of school.
- Take on additional personal support for some children who may not feel as confident or independent as their peers.
- Lead small group classes to develop a confidence and understanding of phonics, handwriting and personal development.
- The class teacher will provide you will all the resources needed to ensure these children and progressing as best they can.
Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - requirements
- Caring, patient and empathetic nature
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- Good academic background.
- Some transferable experience working with children
- A commitment to working in education is extremely desirable.
