Pay Range:
Local Government Pay Scale 3 (Point 5-6)


Actual Salary From:
£4,081 - £4,156 per annum


Hours: 7 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen at Philip Morant School and College for one Lettings Assistants to join our staff to work flexibly on mainly on Saturdays with a possibility of some Sundays to support the letting of our sports facilities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure security protocols are followed during all lettings
  • Ensuring the requirements of the hirer are met e.g. by setting up sporting equipment
  • Carry out tasks as instructed by the Facilities Manager.

  • Willingness to gain experience in caretaking and/or building maintenance and security
  • Cooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals, sharing information and supporting others
  • Ensures work is carried out to customer service standards.
