At Lucid Games the Talent Acquisition team identifies and hires the best suited profiles across a variety of disciplines and experience.

The team supports all hiring managers as well as support relationship development with universities and education institutions.

We have exciting and ambitious plans for the next few years, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to help us achieve these plans.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to create and schedule flexible interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Become wellversed in internal tools and technologies used to provide support.
  • Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Posting jobs on the ATS system as well as other platforms such as Art station
  • Support with any recruitment campaigns and supporting the talent team with research for projects.

Required Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Selfdriven and able to deliver results with mínimal supervision.
  • Effective time management and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with immediate team members as well as stakeholders across the organisation.

Important
The interview process for the Talent Acquisition Administrator roles is made up of 2 stages:


  • First interview minutes)
  • An interview to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with members of our Head of Talent and Head of People. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.

Onsite interview (60 minutes)
  • A final Interview with our Finance Director and Studio Production Director. This will be a chance for you to get to know the Senior Management team and all the things that make Lucid, Lucid You will have a lot of opportunities to ask any questions about the studio and Culture.
