Description
Receive and dispatch patient records using standard operating procedures. Accurate filing of letters results and information into both electronic and paper records. Print and display information for service users and staff. Maintain a sufficient supply of groceries, consumables, and stationery.

Accept and process all incoming deliveries. Assist with the processing of all incoming and outgoing post. Report any issues or areas of concern e.g. Health & Safety.

Attend and participate in practice meetings as required. Assist in the formulation of practice philosophy, strategy and policy and develop appropriate protocols. Co-operate and participate as required in any research projects within the practice.
