Description

This role provides end user and business support when system problems are reported.

The role is customer facing and will require excellent communication skills to ensure the business requirements are correctly translated into working solutions and that quick resolutions are found when issues arise.

Role & Responsibilities

Contribute to the development the Groupwide and Power Platform estate
Provide high quality configuration of the system and Power Platform environments using the out of the box functionality where possible
Support the user and process management of the existing systems
Provide support & root cause analysis liaising with others in the group where necessary
Liaise directly with partner developers and venders
Develop own skills in line with business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

A working knowledge of PowerApps (Canvas and Model driven Apps) and Power Automate
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects using Microsoft DevOps and the Agile methodology
Good understanding of the Microsoft365 environment, M365 products and DataVerse
Ability to work with data integration and data migration using standard methodology with D365 tools
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Active Directory
Clear spoken and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Confident problemsolving ability and strong analytical skills
Good knowledge of project management methodology i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Prince
Custom Workflow and Plugin development (.NET skills) an advantage
