Our Client is a leading creative consultancy that blends insight, strategy and imagination to unlock opportunity and deliver impact.

They are at an exciting time in their growth and they are now looking for an
Accounts Payable Assistant to join the growing Finance team.


As
Accounts Payable Assistant you will have some experience (1-2 years) in processing invoices and paying suppliers in GBP, dealing with supplier payment queries, processing employee expenses, managing the company credit cards and queries.


Accounts Payable Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up supplier details in Paprika (finance system), updating supplier payment terms and other supplier information
  • Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses in Paprika
  • Setting up payments in the bank for approval
  • Ensuring suppliers, freelancers and employee expenses are paid on a timely basis
  • Dealing with any queries on supplier, freelancer and employee payments
  • Managing company credit cards
  • Processing any incentives / donation requests
  • Aged Creditors Review
  • Work in Multicurrency

Accounts Payable Assistant Key Competencies:


  • Experience with Paprika (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient on Excel, Word
  • Positive with a cando attitude
  • Proactive and adaptive to a fastchanging environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated
