Responsibilities:

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll serve as the creative engine driving our clients' brand forward, engaging with potential customers to effectively promote products and services.

Your duties will encompass:

Presentations and Demonstrations

Delivering captivating presentations and demonstrations to customers, tailored to meet the specific requirements of the clients.
Engaging with customers on a facetoface basis to showcase product features and benefits effectively where customers shop, live and reside.
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services that align with clients' needs and goals.

Product Knowledge Mastery

Remaining abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Customer Inquiry Handling

Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of products or services.

Brand Representation

Representing the company's brand positively and professionally in all facetoface interactions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize future efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.

New Customer Registrations Management

Managing the registration process for new customers from initiation to completion.
Engaging customers, providing product recommendations, and facilitating sales transactions through the client's online system.
Driving brand awareness and market share growth through effective customer engagement and sales tactics.

Salary:
