Description
CCR is looking for a feedback officer to work for the local authorities at South Tyneside council.This role is an exciting oppurtunity to work for the revenue and repairs team working to ensure that customer queries are answered.
The Role:
To work within our repairs and maintenance team. Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints. Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of our customers.
you will need:
- 2 years references with all gaps verified
- To be able to commute to the location or drive to
South shields

- some skill in office work or previous experience in customer service
