We are working with a leading housing energy services organisation who are on the lookout for someone to join them as a 1st Line Support.
Reporting to the Group ICT Delivery Manager, you will provide first line technical support to users across the business,located in several sites.
The person they are looking will be able too
- Maintain ownership of calls and maintain communication with customers to achieve response targets defined by the Group ICT Service Delivery Manager.
- Understand and work on computer hardware and software in varying configurations. To demonstrate a positive cando attitude always and drive the 'cando' attitude across the ICT Department.
- Use technical knowledge to interpret customer requirements, troubleshoot calls, provide advice, and fault resolution on first contact in accordance with the Service Desk Service Level Agreements.
