Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting
Patient Services Coordinators to work with one of our clients based in Harlow, all these roles are on a 12 week temp to perm basis.


Job Purpose:


Main Responsibilities:


  • Proactively communicate with patients to arrange deliveries and manage patients held stock
  • Proactively communicate with referring customers to give feedback to customers' specification and communicate issues with deliveries, patients stock or patient well being
  • Receiving prescriptions and processing them in accordance with work instructions
  • Producing paperwork (delivery notes, collection notes etc.) to ensure that deliveries and collections are performed correctly
  • Processing all paperwork is filed correctly according to work instructions

Qualifications, Training & Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 GCSE's or equivalent to grade C or above (must include English and Maths)
  • Evidence of continuing development
  • IT literate with experience using MS Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable but not essential
  • Customer Service experience
