**Customer Service Advisor - Finance Department

Salary:
£20k - £21k

Location:
Waltham Abbey**We are recruiting for a full time opportunity, based in Waltham Abbey for a Customer Service Advisor.

Your role will be supporting the business and their customers with timely payments of outstanding invoices, while working with the customer to find a suitableand efficient resolution.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Responsible for responding to any invoice queries in a timely manner
To investigate reasons for nonpayment, and work with the customer to find a resolution for their reason, while providing any evidence required
Timely updates to trackers and reporting
Escalating nonpayments to the appropriate team
Working with the wider team to ensure reduced occasions of nonpayment in the future.

You will work towards monitored KPIs, ensuring you are working as efficiently as accurately as possible, providing successful resolution of queries.

Ideally you will be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
