We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leeds.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records in an organized fashion.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upsell products when given the chance.

Requirements:


  • Can commute to office; we cannot offer work from home for this role.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preffered but not required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Has worked in a fastpaced environment; individuals who have worked in hospitality tend to do well in our sector.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£23,552.00-£26,777.00 per year

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Sales: 1 year (required)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)
