Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with an inspirational organisation, who have been dedicated to helping save lives for over a century - in the recruitment of their new Impact Lead.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, and will reportto the Head of Insight & Impact.

As the Impact Lead, you will play an integral role to driving change and strengthening the organisations approach to impact focussed decision making.

Working closely with the Head of Insight & Impact, the main purpose of this role is to work with seniorleaders and stakeholders to drive visionary, sustainable and long-term impact goals, and embed the organisational ability to understand and monitor our contribution to these.

You will lead on the delivery of monitoring, evaluation and learning that enablesthe organisation to better understand, articulate and improve its impact, creating a reflective and continuous review and evaluation environment to support their ability to make strategic decisions that maximise their impact.

To be successful in this role, you will have expertise in a range of evaluation methods and skills relevant to understanding social impact and how it is achieved, as well as a high level of skill and experience in supporting organisations to embed impactpractice and ensure it informs decision making.

You will have experience conducting and commissioning/managing monitoring and evaluations of the impact and effectiveness of services and programmes, including economic evaluation/analysis; as well as managingand supporting the use of evaluation and impact knowledge to make strategic decisions.

Ideally, you will have strong knowledge of the heath and care sector, youth sector, or a comparable social/third sector.
