Our client is seeking to appoint a tenacious property professioanl to join their expanding team
As as Sales Progressor you will provide crucial back up to the Sales Team and ensure that the sales pipeline progresses efficiently through to completion.
You will liaise with Solicitors,Mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and and purchasers to resolve any snags in the process.

£13,300(£9.90 per hour increasing to £10.

Responisibilites:
- Look after maintenance on the properties.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
- Ensure the progression of sales achieves targets.
- Deliver targets and excellent service to both clients and colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers whilst guiding them through the legal progression of their purchase.
- Attend weekly conference calls with clients solicitors for progress updates.
- Liaise with Agents and Keyholders to ensure empty properties are inspected on a biweekly basis and chase any necessary reports including vacation reports.
- Raise invoice with accounts department, ensuring that all expenditure is included.
- Update property records and internal documents in an accurate and timely fashion.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the property conveyancing process or sales progressing
- PC literate
- Excellent communication skills and listening skills
- Excellet phone manner
- Knowledge of the property buying and selling service/estate agency background (preffered)
- The ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targets
