Labourer/General Assistant based in
Bedford for an industrial pump company.

£24,000 - £26,000

Bedford

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 12:30pm

The role _

As the
Labourer/General Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

Assist in the pressure testing of various pump components.
Assist in the rigging/derigging of test arrangements including the insertion and removal of pumps.
Clean down, touch up/paint and prepare pumps.
Use overhead cranes and forklifts.
Collection and delivery of smaller parts.

The experience required _

As a successful
Labourer/General Assistant, you will have the following:

Experience working in a similar mechanical assembly environment.
Overhead Crane and Forklift Licence.
Attention to detail.
Good verbal communication skills.
