Our clients are market leaders in Southwest London.

They are looking for an ambitious, outgoing and driven individual to join their close-knit team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant in Oval.

Experience isn't required for this role however a sales background would be advantageous.

Working hours:

As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9 am - 7 pm with some Saturdays included.

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Lettings Consultant:

Up to £18,000 Basic Salary
OTE £30,000£40,000 in the first year
Car allowance and
21 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Fantastic ongoing training and support

To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Consultant role you must have the following:

Driving Licence required
A sales background is advantageous
Organisational skills
Communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently

As a Trainee Lettings Consultant your role will involve:

As a negotiator, you will sort applicants and promote current properties available
Feeding back to Landlords
Arranging and attending viewings
Marketing properties on social media channels
Building strong relationships
Offer the highest level of customer service
Manage your time and diary effectively to ensure you meet targets
