DegreeSix are supporting a large SEND school in Daventry that require an additional 2 ASD teaching assistants for September 2023.


This is a very popular school in the local community and has built an excellent reputation for its year-on-year progression and recognised as a 'OUTSTANDING' school by Ofsted in their last inspection.


Due to this the school's pupil intake for the next academic year has increased so much they are now seeking an additional 2 teaching assistants to join them.

The pupils are primary and Secondary aged which have statements of ASD/SEMH and complex needs.


These are full time positions working throughout the week Monday to Friday with working day starting at 8.30am - 3.30pm (nonflexible).


What you will need to be considered:

  • DBS online (or be willing to purchase one through DegreeSix)
  • 2 checkable references

Salary:
£75.00-£85.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Daventry, Northamptonshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
