Milk Education is partnering with a large Primary School in the Whitefield area who are recruiting for an unqualified behavior buddy to support a child in Year 4 with SEMH and Behavioural needs on a close 1:1 basis and provide academic, social and emotionalsupport to the child.

This role is to begin in January on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the direction of the teacher, helping, and assisting with any instruction given
Must have a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to help with the child's development
To create a safe secure space for the child
Have the ability to remain calm and patient
To be reliable and flexible
Experience working with Children or experience working within a classroom
To have a knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum
Must be capable of managing behavior
