Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Chalker Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This role involves tidying up the communal areas and sanitising the production line area as well as removing waste to be recycled and operating cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in cleaning, ideally industrial cleaning (production lines and used to working with cleaning machinery) is desired
You will be vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days
You will work 5 out of 7 days on the night shift
