Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker?

We are looking for Support Workers who have a 'can do' attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanour when needed.

You don't have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values

You will be supporting 3 young adults in a supported Living environment.

All have their own individual interests, likes and preferences so every day is different, therefore duties vary but may include:

Personal Care
Assisting with personal Hygiene as required.
Cooking and Meal Preparation
Support with some domestic tasks
Administering Medication as required
Completion of Care Logs
Support each person to develop their skills and independence
