My client is one of the Midlands leading independent Planning consultancies. Established in 2008, their enviable reputation is built upon great service, innovative solutions and establishing longstanding relationships with clients.

This is an exciting timefor a Senior Planner to join their East Midlands office in time for an excellent year for development ahead.

They are in place and resourced to meet increasing demand with clients news and existing. They are working on regeneration projects, housing, commercialand leisure sectors.

Qualifications:

MRTPI and/or MRICS, ideally with relevant years' experience post qualification
Diligent with good attention to detail
Able to be flexible
Team player
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multitask across many projects
Full driving licence and access to a car
