The Role:


In this newly created role you will be reporting to the Head of People + Culture, providing administrative support for all things employee-lifecycle related.

As the company is experiencing organic growth there will be a heavy focus on talent acquisition, supporting hiring managers with the selection process.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting people focused projects within DEI, EVP and more areas
  • Drafting letters and HR correspondence
  • Ensuring team member information is up to date and correct
  • Organizing training for various departments
  • Carrying out compliance checks such as driving licence updates, DBS renewals and more
  • Assisting with planning company events and rewards

Skills and experience needed for this role:

  • Previous experience within People/HR focused areas within the IT industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathetic nature
  • Professional with a strong ability to understand the need for confidentiality
  • Confident
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Selfstarter

Salary:

£23,000 - £28,000 gross per annum dependant on experience.

Location:

This role is based from our Croydon (CR0) head office. Hybrid working available post successful probation (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
